Scam phone calls reported

Service SA is aware of a potential scam phone call from a person alleging they are from Service SA. The caller requests customers to provide personal identity related information.

If you have initiated a transaction or made an enquiry with Service SA we may need to contact you. However, Service SA will always identify ourselves and advise the reason for the call.

If you receive a phone call alleging to be from Service SA that you think may be a scam, please report the details to servicesafeedback@sa.gov.au.
