Festive season opening hours

Our customer service centres and phone services will be closed on public holidays (27 December, 28 December and 3 January), however online transactions will remain available through the festive period.
Please also note that our Marion and Elizabeth centres will temporarily close at 5pm (rather than 6pm) on business days between 20 December and 7 January. Normal opening hours will resume on 10 January.
Please plan ahead to ensure your transactions can be completed when required.
