Upgrades for Modbury and Gawler centres

Our customers can look forward to upgraded facilities in 2026. Improvements are in the works for both our Modbury and Gawler customer service centres.

These projects will allow us to deliver a more modern customer service experience with a strong focus on digital services. You will still be able to access the same services currently available at these centres.

Modbury centre relocation

The Modbury centre will move to the Modbury Triangle Shopping Centre on 11 May 2026.

The new site is only a short, 300-metre walk from the current Reservoir Road location and will offer better access for customers.

Until 11 May 2026, customers can continue to access services at the current location.

Gawler centre to undergo staged upgrade

The Gawler centre will be redeveloped and expanded into a neighbouring tenancy. The upgrade will progress in stages so that the centre can stay open during the works.

You may hear some extra noise during construction. You might also need to use a different entry at times, but there will be clear signage to guide visitors.

It will be business as usual at the Gawler centre. Construction work is scheduled to be complete in late 2026.
