Have your say on driver training

Learning to drive is a big milestone. We want to make sure we’re giving South Australian learners the best start on the road.

That’s why we are reviewing our driver training resources as part of the Driver Training Reform. This review will help us improve resources – like the My Licence website, the Driver’s Handbook and the Driving Companion – to better meet the needs of all learner drivers as they work towards their full licence.

We want to hear about your experiences if you:

• have a learner’s permit and are starting supervised driving
• hold a P1 or P2 licence
• are a full licence holder supporting a learner driver.

You can share your feedback by completing our online survey. The survey is anonymous and takes around 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked about your driving experiences, any challenges you’ve faced and ideas for improvement.

If you’re under 18, please make sure you have permission from your parent or guardian before taking part.

By participating, you’ll be helping to shape a safer, fairer and more responsive driver training system for all South Australians.
