Drought relief rebate
11 July 2025
Most of South Australia has been experiencing drought. Even as conditions change, its effects will continue for months or even years.
To help, the South Australian Government is investing $73 million to support farming communities across the state. This support package was created by talking directly with farmers and industry groups to make sure it meets the real needs of those affected.
The support package offers a wide range of help for:
- primary producers (farmers and growers)
- families and communities affected by drought
- programs to prepare for future droughts and build resilience.
