Boat Registration Labels. No Longer Required.

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport has recently finalised an update to the Harbors and Navigation Regulations 2009 and as of 1 September 2023, boat registration labels will no longer be required to be displayed on your boat.

You will still receive your invitation to renew you registration and registration certificate (without the boat label registration label) in the mail.

Boaters will no longer be troubled by faded and peeling labels exposed to the harsh elements and have less hassle of needing to replace their label each year.
