Try online first – you may not need to visit a centre

Did you know that many of our services are available online, or by phone or email?

Some of these services include: renewing your driver’s licence, notifying of the sale of a vehicle, checking demerit points and registering your vehicle. Find a full list of online services here.

With the weather heating up and COVID-19 restrictions in place, it’s especially important and recommended to check online options before visiting one of our customer service centres.

If you do need to visit a customer service centre, please be aware that due to COVID-19 restrictions and physical distancing requirements, you may need to queue outside and wait times may be longer. If it’s looking to be a hot day, please take time to plan ahead, bring water or consider a different day.

We have increased our cleaning schedule, however if you are unwell please postpone your visit. You can also help us by following physical distancing rules and paying by credit or debit where possible.
